Nasi Lemak (Malaysian National Dish)

Nasi Lemak is Malaysian Traditional dish, It consists of fragrant coconut-rice, served with a variety of sides such as spicy sauce (sambal), boiled eggs, and fried anchovies. Ingredients

Rice

  • 3 cups of Royal Umbrella Jasmine Rice 
  • 2  and 1/2 cups of Water
  • 1 cups of Coconut Milk
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • Ginger
  • Pandan Leaf

 

Chicken Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of Coriander Seed
  • 1 tablespoon of Ground Cumin
  • 1 tablespoon of Curry Powder
  • 2 tablespoon of Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of Garlic Powder
  • 2 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 cup of Milk
  • 200 g Chicken Drumstick

Sauce

  • 3 tablespoon of Goat Horn Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon of Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon of Shallot
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Salt
