Embutido/Embotido (Filipino Meatloaf)
Embutido is a Filipino-style meatloaf that is a popular dish in the Philippines. It is made with ground pork, beef, or a combination of both, along with vegetables, eggs, and seasonings. The mixture is then formed into a log shape and wrapped in aluminium foil before being steamed or boiled. The result is a savoury, flavourful, and moist meatloaf that is perfect for any occasion.
